Return and Exchange

  • Refunds:

The customer can only return an item with a valid reason within 15 consecutive days from the delivery date. In the case of receiving a damaged or broken product, the customer has to inform within 24 hours of receiving the product.

The customer understands that there can be color shade variation to a certain extent while making a purchase form which can occur due to the device used to make the purchase and the difference in viewing light. Reasons of this nature will not be accepted.

A claim will only eligible in the case that an item is unworn and has all the original tags intact

The original cash receipt is required in the case of a claim for a refund, and in the case the company feels the claim is not a valid one, it reserves the right to make the final decision.

  • Exchange:

Customers can replace an item if it meets the reasons mentioned in the Returns & Refunds section provided a replacement item is in stock and available. For replacements of items other than ones received as damaged or broken, the replacement item must be a different color or size variant of the same item.

The exchange price of a product will be equal to the price at the time of exchange. The shipping and handling costs are non-refundable in the case of an exchange.

General Rules for Returns, Refunds & Replacements:

In addition to the conditions stated in the above section the item under question for a return, refund or replacement must be:

    • Bought from
    • Shipped to an address in Pakistan
    • Not received as a gift
    • Not purchased on sale or through a promotion

For all approved returns, the customer must pack the item securely as it was received with all tags and labels intact. The customer will be provided with a Way Bill to place on the securely packed item. The packet can then be either collected from the customer by the assigned courier service or the customer can drop off at the nearest assigned courier service office.

Refunds will be processed after the product is received and accepted by the seller as being in its original condition. The refund can take from 7 to 15 working days and will only be deposited into the customer’s shared bank account. Damaged or broken products will be refunded after within 7 to 15 working days, from the time the claim was filed, into the customer’s shared bank account or returned through the courier, by hand.

Items bought on sale or through a promotion are not eligible for exchange or refund.

At all times, the team reserves the right to refuse a return or replacement request if they feel that the claim is not justified.
