Return and Refund

At Specter, customer is king so we have a no questions asked return policy provided that the product is not damaged or used.



To be eligible for a return

  1. Item must not be damaged
  2. Item must be unused and should have all the original tags intact.
  3. Customer has to initiate the request within 7 days of delivery.
  4. In case return is due to product being damaged or broken, the customer has to inform Specter within 24 hours of receiving the product
  5. Item is not customized or delivered via Specter International.

The customer also understands that there can be color shade variation to a certain extent which can occur due to device used to make the purchase or photography.

Specter reserves the right to make the final decision in regards to a Return request. If Return request is not approved, Specter can will return the products to registered customer address.

How to Return

To start a return request, please email us at with the following information. In case of damaged Product, you can also notify our customer service representative at 03 111 555 100.

  1. Order No.
  2. Product to be Returned
  3. Picture of the product (In case of damaged item)
  4. Preferred way of Returning the Product (Pickup and/or courier to our Warehouse)
  5. Reason of Return
  6. Preferred Method of Refund (Voucher Code / Easy Paisa / Jazz Cash / Bank Transfer).
  7. Payment Method Details i.e Account Number (Ignore if Voucher Code used)

If you used Courier option, then dispatch the products to the following address

Once the product has been received by Specter and return is approved, a refund will be issued within 7 working days. The refund time starts once the quality check is completed.

Order was Correct

If the customer was delivered the correct order, then a voucher will be issued equal to the product value. The customer will bear any charges for sending the items to our warehouse.  

If order was pre-paid, then 3% service charges will be deducted.

Order was Damaged or Incorrect

If the customer was delivered with a damaged or incorrect item, the customer can request for either a voucher or payment via available payment methods. Specter will bear any charges for sending the items to our warehouse.

General Terms for Returns and Refunds

In addition to the conditions stated in the above section the item under question for a return, refund or replacement must be:

  • Bought from
  • Shipped to an address in Pakistan
  • Not received as a gift
  • Not purchased on sale or through a promotion


At all times, the Specter reserves the right to refuse a return if they feel that the claim is not justified.
